To buy soaps
To buy a handmade soap, a gift set or soap by weight; simply click on the order form option under the products listed or below. This will then ask you to give information about your order so that it can be delivered as soon as possible. The order form should be printed out, filled out and then

Payment
Payment should be made by cheque, which should be made payable to Heather Marshall. Please remember to put your card number on the back of your cheque.

Delivery
All soap is in stock. If a custom design order is made this should be done at least a month in advance as handmade soap takes one month to cure and be safe to use. Goods are despatched once payment has been received and cleared. Orders are usually despatched within 7 days.

Post and Packaging
The packaging page gives different packaging options. Postage and packaging is £3.75 within the UK. Goods are sent by recorded and special delivery.

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase you should return it within 7 days of receipt unused for an exchange or refund.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, seals unbroken and unused. Please ensure they are returned packaged safely, it is advised to get a certificate of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for soaps which become damaged or lost in transit.

To return soap, send back in it's original packaging, including your details and whether you would like a refund or exchange, you may like to email or fax me the information in advance.
