Ingredients

Soap Ingredients
Pure natural oils, infusions are combined with essential oils to make the soaps:

Cocoa Butter
Fat obtained from dried and naturally fermented cocoa beans. Used in soap as a protector, moisturizer, skin softener, and emollient. It contributes to it's hardness and smells like white chocolate.

Coconut Oil
Oil from the fruit of the coconut palm grown in most tropical countries. In soaps, it is an emollient that is protecting, conditioning, and moisturising to the skin. It helps make a hard bar, picking up lots of detail from the flower buds and petals, and produces a fast sudsy and creamy lather.

Jojoba Oil
Penetrating oil similar to natural human oil secretions. Excellent skin conditioner, especially for inflammations, acne, psoriasis, and eczema.

Olive Oil
Oil pressed from the fruit of olive trees grown primarily throughout the Mediterranean. Holds moisture close to the skin and therefore prevents loss of internal moisture. Olive oil produces a mild, creamy soap with small bubbles but very good emollient qualities.

Sodium Hydroxide
A caustic alkali used in hard soaps, which is made by processing salt water.

Vitamin E Oil
A good moisturising oil. Also an antioxidant that helps to protect cells from free radicals.

Wheat Germ Oil
Oil made from the wheat grain. Contains protein, minerals, and vitamins (especially vitamin E).
An emollient, antioxidant, and natural preservative good for the treatment of aged skin.

Almond Oil
This contains skin-softening properties, vitamins and minerals. It is good for skin which has
aged prematurely and for sensitive skins.

Beeswax
This gives soap a honey smell and a waxy feel and quality, excellent in for the
physical qualities of the soap.

Grapefruit Seed Extract
This is a valuable antioxidant with antibacterial and deodorising properties.
It's addition to soap serves as a natural preservative, taking away the need for chemical
Preservatives used in most mass produced soaps and cosmetics.

Honey
Added to soap, honey gives excellent moisturising properties,
as well as smelling wonderfully sweet.

Essential oils
Are used in every soap for their healing and aromatic qualities. Natural, botanical, fragrant essential oils from flowers, resins, seeds, roots, bark, leaves, and plants. Each individual essence produces a specific beneficial effect to refresh, relax or invigorate:

Lavender Essential Oil
A refreshing and distinct fragrant oil, renowned for it's relaxing and balancing properties.

Lime Essential Oil
An antiseptic and astringent. With a refreshing and stimulating fragrance.

Camomile Essential Oil
Refreshing, but seductive fragrance. With sedative and anti inflammatory properties.

Rose Essential Oil
Sweet smelling and aromatic in fragrance, which is also an aphrodisiac.

Tea Tree Essential Oil
With a top note stimulating aroma; it is an anti-viral, anti-fungal, antiseptic.

Jasmine Essential Oil
A middle not fragrance, which is floral, uplifting and relaxing. It will help to increase
self confidence and is believed to be an anti depressant.

Orange Essential Oil
Has both a bitter and sweet fragrance, and is relaxing and uplifting. A good de-toxifier.
